In Cpanel, Your IP address has changed. Please Login again

If you are getting "IP Address changed" errors when trying to access cPanel or Webmail on linux cPanel server, you most likely are using Internet provider which is providing you with dynamic IP address and is changing IP address frequently.

Error: Your IP address has changed. Please log in again

This issue is mainly affecting with JIO and other Wifi Hotspot devices.

Solution 1 :-
You can resolve this issue, by configuring the hotspot device to allow only IPv4 in the protocol and disable IPv6.  Also the timeout settings need to be increased to 60 mins.

Solution 2 :-
Another temporary work around is to use the following alternative links for your cPanel, and Webmail:

1) cPanel access - https://server_name:2083/ - where you need to replace server_name with the name of the server on which your account has been activated

2) Webmail - https://server_name:2097/ - where you need to replace server_name with the name of the server on which your account has been activated

Solution 3 :-
Install TOR browser
